Roadtrip Home for Christmas

We are headed home to Missouri for Christmas! And let me tell you I don't think we could fit one more item in this car! We've got 4 people (me, my husband, and two sisters), and then of course we all have dogs! Two chihuahuas, two maltipoos, and an australian shepherd mix! This is going to be insane! What are we thinking!

The things we do to visit family for the holidays! :) This drive keeps making me think of the song I'll Be Home For Christmas. No matter what the travel conditions/arrangements are we will make it home for Christmas!

    Travel safely! My husband usually drive from Colorado back to Illinois to see my fam. This year we're going after Christmas and we've decided to fly. I actually really enjoy traveling, whether it be by plane or road trip. Have fun on your trip! I'm sure it will be interesting with a full vehicle! Merry Christmas!

    Hope you had a wonderful Christmas, Elle! Road trips are so much fun.

    My family is 10,000 miles away, since they're in Ohio, U.S.A. and I'm in Adelaide, Australia. So we "visited" each other via web cam. I'm so grateful for the wonders of modern technology!

    Kate, I think I am following your example next year and flying! Either that or convincing everyone to come down and do Christmas in TX!
